I am involved in humanitarian and development since the 90s and my focus is with Quality- Accountability-Safeguarding. I am an independent consultant working since three decades with various actors such as international and national NGOs, the Red Cross/ Red Crescent, United Nations agencies, donors, training centers and academies, audit companies, etc. I have lived and worked mainly in Asia, in Africa - East, Central and West -, and in Central and South America. I have developed a high capacity to listen and adjust to specific contexts and people. I have spent the past six years with my family in Ethiopia, East Africa, and I am now based in Lyon, France. I am a mother of three children and a strong advocate for women’s empowerment, and resilience! I am an adult learning expert with over 25 years of experience. I am specialized as a facilitator and trainer of trainer (certified CHS Alliance and UNITAR), a strategy and learning designer (applying commitments and standards around the programme cycle), an evaluator and a senior auditor (with HQAI).
